im from a german modder and ive got a question:
hod did u make this baloon at the beginning carrieng the hero?
i tried it with MOVER
but a mover doest take the hero!
i hope u can understand my english

yes it makes with mover.
i don't remember for details. cause this effect was maked ~1.5 years ago
see that mover for details.
i think u must set some flag in this mover properties for hero moving

i swear i wont take anything for my mod...
(only settings of the mover )
cause i dont know how to work with gothic sourcer or how its name is.
i only need these settings^^

german translate is complete. now it's tested.
about english... i don't know, ask to Mirage about it.
wait with translation to polish.
you need last version of scripts (1.5), cause this is a final version of mod with minimal bugs. 
i don't now what source version you have, may be it's first buggest release.
anyway, several days did not solve.
wait for Mirage.
